Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

OPD Assistant:

Assist in patient registration and scheduling.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Provide information about services and procedures.

Receptionist:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain the reception area.
Handle billing procedures and payment collections accurately.

PCO (Patient Care Officer):

Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to facilitate care.
Provide support and information regarding patient procedures and services.
Ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled.
Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist nursing staff with basic patient care activities as needed.

Nursing:

Assist nursing staff with patient care activities.
Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the nursing team.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications:

Education:
Relevant qualifications in healthcare, nursing, or administration preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems.

Requirements:
