We specialize in core IT and Marketing which can be handy in MVT industry. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to engage with prospective patients from various countries, understand their medical and travel needs, and convert these leads into valued patients of Mighty Warners. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support, from initial inquiry through to the arrangement of their medical travel logistics. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for international leads generated through various marketing channels (including Google Ads). Proactively communicate with potential patients via email, phone, and other communication platforms to understand their medical requirements and preferences. Provide detailed information and cost estimates for various medical treatments, liaising with healthcare partners as necessary. Guide patients through the process of obtaining medical visas, ensuring all documentation is correctly handled. Coordinate and book air tickets and suitable hotel accommodations based on patient needs and budget. Build strong rapport and trust with potential patients through excellent communication and a supportive approach. Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records (experience with CRM software is a plus). Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversion and patient acquisition. Address patient concerns and queries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (hospitals, travel agencies, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience for the patient. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: A background in a medical field is highly preferred (BDS). Candidates with other relevant degrees coupled with strong experience in medical tourism will also be considered. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing role, medical sales, patient counseling, or a similar position, ideally within the medical tourism (MVT) industry. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be articulate, persuasive, and empathetic. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, listen actively, and show compassion and patience. Sales Acumen: Demonstrable ability to guide potential clients through a decisionmaking process and convert leads. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage visa processes, bookings, and multiple patient interactions simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Resourceful and able to address patient queries and logistical challenges effectively. Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to interact effectively and respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in French is a significant advantage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role. Experience using CRM software for lead management and patient relationship tracking.
