Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience Management:

• Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Ensure a patient-centric experience from the first point of contact to post-treatment

follow-up.

• Provide personalized attention and anticipate patient needs, ensuring their comfort

throughout their journey.

Patient Coordination & Scheduling:

• Manage and optimize patient appointment schedules, ensuring minimal wait times

and a smooth flow.

• Coordinate with dentists and specialists to align patient appointments with their

treatment plans.

• Oversee follow-ups and reminders for appointments, treatment milestones, and

aftercare.

Relationship Building:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth patients, ensuring

loyalty and satisfaction.

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for VIP patients, providing concierge-level

service.

• Address patient concerns with discretion and professionalism, ensuring quick

resolutions.

Communication & Patient Education:

• Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions in

collaboration with dental professionals.

• Communicate costs and payment plans transparently while ensuring a high service

standard.

• Assist in educating patients about the clinics advanced treatments and innovations.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support billing processes, including tracking payments, invoicing, and coordinating

insurance where applicable.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement patient engagement initiatives and

loyalty programs.

Quality Assurance:

• Gather and act on patient feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming, luxurious, and aligned with brand

standards.

• Uphold compliance with patient privacy regulations and clinic protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in hospitality, healthcare management, business

administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing role (preferably in luxury healthcare,

hospitality, or a premium service industry).

• Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and basic

office tools.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in a premium healthcare setting (e.g., dental, aesthetic, or medical

spa).

• Fluency in English is a must, ability to efficiently converse in Hindi and Telugu will

be an advantage .

• A polished, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.

• Location: Khajaguda, Hyderabad.

• Work Hours: 11am-7pm, Monday to Saturday
