Role Overview:

We are looking for compassionate and professional Patient Counsellors to guide patients through their eye-care journey, explain treatment options, and ensure a smooth clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional approach

Counsel patients on treatments, procedures, and pricing

Explain diagnoses and surgical options as advised by the doctor

Assist patients in understanding pre & post-operative instructions

Coordinate appointments, investigations, surgeries, and follow-ups

Handle patient queries and maintain strong communication

Ensure accurate documentation, consent form management, and data entry

Maintain patient records and update systems regularly

Support doctors and clinic teams in daily operations

Ensure high patient satisfaction and clinic service standards

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (Healthcare background preferred)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to explain medical details in simple, clear language

Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional

Basic computer skills (MS Office, EMR preferred)

Experience in healthcare and eye care is a must
