Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Chennai. The Patient Coordinator's primary responsibilities include managing reception duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining communication with pet owners, and managing phone calls. This role also involves understanding and using medical terminology accurately in a veterinary setting. Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties Familiarity with medical terminology, especially in a veterinary context Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a veterinary or medical environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is beneficial Show more Show less
