Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Chennai. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and performing general receptionist duties. Billing. The individual will also assist with understanding and managing medical terminology and operations within the medical office. Qualifications Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette Proficient in performing general Receptionist Duties Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Show more Show less
