Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to the healthcare team. 4. Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques. 5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the medical record. Requirements: 1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or GNM or ANM. 2. *Licensure*: Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the Delhi. 3. *Experience*: Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. 4. *Skills*: Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
