Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator in Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Mumbai ( work from home). The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing phone communications with doctors, coordinating patient care, and using medical terminology. This role requires working closely with patients to ensure their needs and care plans are followed through effectively.

  • Proficient in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
  • Experience in Care Coordination
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Skills in Patient Care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Employees should be proactive.
  • Work from home facility available.
