Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, with a focus on medical staff. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels. Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with department heads. Ensuring timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates. HR Operations: Execute and improve onboarding processes for new hires, including induction and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases. Oversee daily attendance tracking and reporting through HRMS or manual systems. Coordinate with department managers for leave records and absentee management. Compliance & Documentation: Verify medical practitioners’ registration with relevant State Medical Councils or other statutory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate billing records for all healthcare services rendered. Communicate regularly—both verbally and in writing—with US-based TPAs to facilitate approvals, claims processing, and follow-ups. Ensure timely submission and reconciliation of claims to insurance providers or TPAs. Track claim status, denials, and approvals and escalate delays proactively. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and resolve claim-related queries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of USA healthcare billing standards and compliance norms. Prepare daily/weekly reports related to billing and TPA communications. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of patient and billing data at all times. Candidates Required:- Education: Graduate from a recognized regular B-School (mandatory). 1. Appointment Coordination and Patient Registration -Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in coordination with providers and clinic schedules. -Register new and returning patients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of demographic, insurance, and medical information. -Update patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and verify eligibility prior to visits. -Provide patients with pre-visit instructions and assist in completing any required forms. 2. Referral Management -Prepare, initiate, and process medical referrals as requested by providers. -Ensure referrals are appropriately authorized through the patient’s insurance network. -Follow up with specialty offices to confirm referral receipt and appointment scheduling. -Track referral status and update patients and providers accordingly. 3.
