Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with at least one year of prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, combined with a meticulous approach to core HR functions such as employee onboarding, attendance management, and doctor registration verification. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, with a focus on medical staff. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels. Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with department heads. Ensuring timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates. HR Operations: Execute and improve onboarding processes for new hires, including induction and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases. Oversee daily attendance tracking and reporting through HRMS or manual systems. Coordinate with department managers for leave records and absentee management. Compliance & Documentation: Verify medical practitioners’ registration with relevant State Medical Councils or other statutory bodies. Ensure proper documentation and credential checks before deployment. Assist in audits and HR compliance checks for internal and external requirements. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR within a hospital or healthcare setup is mandatory. Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes and HR operational workflows. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ERP tools. Preferred Traits :High sense of accountability and attention to detail. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and team-oriented approach.
