We are hiring a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home medical care to patients. The RN will assess patient health, administer treatments, and educate families on care plans. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions and documenting progress, educating patients and families on disease management, coordinating with doctors, therapists, and caregivers, and maintaining accurate medical records. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, experience in home health, hospice, or acute care preferred, strong assessment and critical thinking skills, and ability to work independently. We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, assisting with bathing, dressing, personal care, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry assistance, running errands, and accompanying clients to appointments. Requirements include no formal certification required as training will be provided, being compassionate, reliable, patient-focused, and ability to follow instructions and care plans.
