Role Overview (read this carefully)As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first human point of contact for patients who have already shown interest in Clinderma’s dermatology treatment. Your role is to: Understand the patient’s skin concern Explain the dermatologist-led treatment approach Address doubts, fears, and misconceptions Guide the patient towards starting treatment This is a consultative, healthcare-oriented role, not aggressive sales or cold calling. Key Responsibilities1. Patient Interaction & GuidanceSpeak to patients who have taken Clinderma’s skin assessment Understand medical history, lifestyle factors, and concerns Explain treatment plans as prescribed by dermatologists Set correct expectations around timelines and results 2. Treatment OnboardingHelp patients choose the right treatment plan Coordinate doctor consultations where required Ensure patients clearly understand: How the treatment works What medicines / skincare will be provided Follow-ups and support structure 3. Trust Building & CounsellingAddress common patient fears: “Will medicines harm my skin?” “I’ve tried everything already” “Why is this better than cosmetic products?” Communicate with empathy and clarity Ensure patients feel supported, not pressured 4. Outcome Ownership (Important)Work towards starting patients on treatment Follow structured consultation scripts and SOPs Maintain accurate patient notes in CRM Coordinate with doctors and skin coaches when needed (Yes, this role has performance targets — but success is measured through patient outcomes and treatment starts, not pushy selling.)
