In the span of 2-3 years working in this role, you would learn and accrue skills that even the major B-school students envy as you’ll be immediately thrust into the heart of the company, doing serious work.

• Technology Expert - Using your engineering expertise, you will be directly involved in the research for technology concepts and inventions and then translating the research findings to reports & presentations that help clients answer their IP problems.
• Project Management Skills - You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, with different timelines and priorities. You will learn project management skills such as planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Leadership - You will be given the chance to learn and get involved with upper management in developing new strategies and be responsible for its successful implementation.
• Business Acumen - You will gain an understanding of how technology is used to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency. You will develop business acumen to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
• Teamwork and Collaboration - You will work with cross-functional teams, comprising professionals from different backgrounds and disciplines. You will learn how to collaborate effectively, respect diversity, and leverage the strengths of team members.
• Problem Solving Skills - As a consultant, you will face complex business and technical problems that require creative solutions. You will develop analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems and propose effective solutions.

How it works?

• You will be trained for knowledge of Intellectual Property, and how the companies developing technologies utilize their IP assets.
• You will be given hands-on live projects to work on under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• You will be expected to gain an undisputable understanding of the technology domain of the project and the output that the client desires out of the analysis.
• You will be encouraged to strategize and attempt efficient approaches of collecting and analyzing relevant information to paint a picture against the client requirements.
• You will be provided with opportunities to sketch valuable add-ons that might be provided to the client apart from the defined requirements.
• You will be expected to maintain the quality of analysis and work product while working efficiently.
