Job Description

Job Requirement:

An advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Knowledge of the relevant compressor industry or oil & gas is an advantage
At least 5 years of profound experience in the field of intellectual property in a patent department or patent law firm Trained patent engineer is an advantage
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
Capable of handling independent correspondence with patent lawyers, other professionals and staff within the company Special requirements:

Intercultural competence

Good understanding of technical drawings
Adept at using computers and other forms of technology related to the job
Knowledge of the relevant mechanical industry codes/standards eg ASME, API, FKM etc is an advantage
Solid knowledge of mandatory regulations and legal requirements
