Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for producing a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats that will delight our customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, develop new recipes, and maintain the quality standards that make our bakery a beloved destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and our high-quality standards
• Ensure all pastries are presented beautifully and consistently
• Develop new and seasonal dessert offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently
• Collaborate with the bakery team to create a positive and productive work environment
• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members when needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role at a bakery or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient handling
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
