SeaSalt Patisserie started in 2024 as a cloud bakery in Kolkata. We specialise in fine French inspired pastries as well as frosted cakes. Founded by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, we are passionate about delivering the most delicious and beautifully crafted desserts in the city!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef at SeaSalt Patisserie's cloud kitchen located in Kolkata. You will play a key role in crafting exquisite desserts for our customers which uphold our reputation for excellence.

You will contribute to menu innovation, ensure high-quality standards, and maintain a clean and organised workspace. Inventory management and customer interaction is also a part of the job description.

Qualifications

• Certification from a culinary school
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
• Knowledge of pastry techniques and methods
• Creativity of ideas and presentation
• Attention to detail and commitment to perfection
• Efficient organisation and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,893.05 - ₹48,145.48 per month
