Pastry Chef

Salary: From ₹18,000/month

We’re hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to lead our dessert kitchen. If you can take charge, manage a small team, and consistently deliver high-quality, creative bakes — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cakes, cookies, healthy bakes, and desserts as per set recipes
• Confidently work with fondant, tiered cakes, and cake decoration
• Manage inventory and place orders for kitchen supplies
• Handle packaging and timely dispatch of orders
• Lead kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards
• Test and develop new recipes
• Complete orders accurately and independently

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong skills in fondant and buttercream cake decoration
• 1+ year hands-on experience in the pastry section
• Good time management, attention to detail, and creativity
• Preferred: Female candidates
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Wadala, Mumbai
