Partnerships & MOU Lead – International & Corporate Relations

Job Summary:

HCAS is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships & MOU Lead to build, manage, and expand high-impact collaborations with international universities, corporates, NGOs, and government skill agencies.

This role directly contributes to student mobility, internships, placements, funded programs, joint certifications, and institutional brand value.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, negotiator, and network builder who has successfully closed academic or corporate partnerships and can independently represent the institution at national and international forums.

Responsibilities:

• Partnerships & MOUs
• Identify, negotiate, and sign meaningful MOUs with:
• International universities
• Indian & multinational companies
• NGOs & CSR bodies
• Government & skill development agencies
• Design win–win partnership models (student exchange, internships, certifications, research, placements).
• Corporate & Industry Relations
• Build a 100+ company partnership database within 2 weeks.
• Align industry requirements with academic offerings across UG & PG programs.
• Enable internships, live projects, guest lectures, and placement tie-ups.
• International Relations
• Communicate confidently with foreign universities and global institutions.
• Handle academic collaboration discussions, proposal drafts, and follow-ups.
• Support international exposure programs and joint academic initiatives.
• Representation & Branding

Represent HCAS at:

• Education conferences
• Industry summits
• International academic forums
• Strengthen institutional visibility and partnership credibility.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Draft, review, and finalize MOU documents.
• Maintain partnership trackers, outcomes, and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (Education / Management / International Relations / Related field preferred)

Experience:

5–12 years of proven experience in:

International Relations / Corporate Relations / Academic Partnerships

Preferred Background

Experience with or from:

Universities: Amity, SRM, VIT, Crescent, Sharda, Hindustan Institute of Technology
