Job Description

Role Overview: As a Partnership Marketing Manager at Workmates, your main responsibility will be to drive co-marketing initiatives and joint programs with AWS and other strategic partners. This includes managing Market Development Funds (MDF) programs, planning and executing partner-led events both online and offline, and creating joint campaigns to generate demand and strengthen ecosystem visibility. Additionally, you will also contribute to broader marketing activities such as brand communications, campaign support, and pipeline acceleration programs when necessary. Please note that this role will require extensive travel. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage co-marketing initiatives with AWS and ecosystem partners including ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners. - Plan, execute, and report on MDF-funded campaigns while ensuring compliance with AWS guidelines. - Develop and drive joint go-to-market campaigns such as events, webinars, and digital campaigns. - Collaborate closely with partner teams to create case studies, success stories, and co-branded collateral. - Track ROI and ensure measurable outcomes from partnership programs. Event & Program Execution: - Plan and execute partner-driven events like roundtables, customer workshops, and large-format conferences. - Coordinate with AWS and partner teams on speaker nominations, agenda planning, and audience acquisition. - Manage follow-up campaigns to convert event leads into qualified opportunities. Marketing & Communication Support: - Contribute to pipeline creation activities through targeted partner-driven campaigns. - Support brand communication initiatives including content for press releases, blogs, and social media, especially co-branded content. - Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align partner marketing with business priorities. Skills & Experience: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in partnership marketing, alliance marketing, or B2B marketing within the IT/Cloud services industry. - Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, particularly AWS, ISVs, OEMs, and resellers. - Proven experience in managing MDF-funded campaigns and co-marketing programs. - Hands-on experience with event execution, both virtual and physical. - Strong communication and relationship management skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver on tight timelines. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.,
