Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join as an IHL (Institute of Higher Learning) Partnerships & GTM Intern. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about B2B go-to-market execution and higher-ed operations. You will work directly with the founder to support the end-to-end onboarding of our first set of university partners and their sourcing agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify suitable universities (IHLs) and their admissions leadership to reach out to.
Craft clear, thoughtful outreach emails and LinkedIn InMails to initiate conversations.
Maintain an organised CRM (Google Sheets / Airtable / HubSpot) with outreach pipeline, status updates, and call notes.
Coordinate demo calls between founder and university stakeholders, ensuring pre- and post-meeting follow-ups.
Build onboarding guides and SOPs for student-sourcing agents.
Collaborate on refining the OpenGrads deck, landing page copy, and one-pager collaterals.
Track key GTM metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, demo-to-sign rate, and agent activation.
Support webinar and pilot onboarding logistics when required.
