Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison, cultivating strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Strategic Planning & Market Insight

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Representation & Industry Presence
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences to elevate brand visibility and generate new partnership opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or client partnershipspreferably within fintech, HR tech, or corporate wellness sectors.
- Domain Understanding: Deep awareness of HR functions, corporate decision-making dynamics, and client needs in large organizations.
- Communication & Negotiation: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and use it in strategy development.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), pipeline management, and performance analytics.
