Job Description

Introduction We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Visteon. In this role, you will be pivotal in not only acquiring and managing partnerships with third-party app developers but also working closely with Visteons customers (OEMs). You will play a key role in driving business success by leveraging these relationships to enhance our Automotive App Stores offerings and securing new business opportunities. What Youll Do Contact (outbound), develop, and maintain strong relationships with app developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and revenue-sharing models Conduct thorough testing of partner apps to ensure compatibility, performance, and quality standards Monitor and analyze the performance of partner apps, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive app store usage and engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (OEMs) and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of partner apps into the app store platform Act as a liaison between Visteon and partner app developers and customers, addressing any issues, concerns, or inquiries that may arise What Were Looking For Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus 14+ years of proven experience in partnerships or business development roles, preferably in technology and/or the automotive industry Experience with Jira, Confluence and Pipedrive are a must Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to travel as required Nice to Have Knowledge of Android Automotive OS and Car API
