We at Autofy are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a Partnership & Outreach Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Partnerships & Outreach Executive to drive collaborations, build brand visibility, and manage influencer relations. This role requires someone who knows how to get in touch with the right people – Cold DMs, Emails, Calls, Follow-ups – Whatever it takes. You should be relentless & Socially Sharp. Someone who can take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution – from reach-out to shoot day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to people & creators, and brand partners across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with collaborators and external stakeholders.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and clarity in all external communications.
• Manage guests, coordinate shoot schedules, deliverables, contracts, and compliances.
• Execute content shoots end-to-end, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Track performance of collaborations and report results.
• Support the social media team with campaign ideas, briefs, and execution.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Comfort with regular travel & being on-ground during shoots and events.
• A go-getter with strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
