Designation: HR+Marketing Internship Location: Remote (but the candidate should be from Delhi/NCR only) Compensation: Internship for 3 months- 10,000(Monthly) About Us: Autofy is a D2C Auto Accessories brand disrupting the space via its innovative & high-performance products. We have best-rated products on marketplaces like Amazon, and Flipkart and work with our 10+ offline dealers in PAN India. We at Autofy are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a HR+Marketing Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns. ● Handle influencer marketing by searching influencers and coordinating with them for successful collaborations. ● Conduct market research to gather insights that will inform and enhance our marketing strategies. ● Contribute to E-commerce marketing initiatives to enhance online presence on Amazon. ● Take ownership of the recruitment process, from creating a hiring framework to ensure top talent acquisition, to managing job ads on LinkedIn. ● Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with candidates, including handling salary negotiations and issuing offer letters. ● Address employee queries and assist with HR-related tasks, including learning and managing our HRM software to ensure smooth payroll processing. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree will be preferred. ● Highly motivated candidate looking forward to a career in Marketing and HR. ● Strong communication skills. ● Familiarity with social media platforms and its trends. ● Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
