Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners such as Wealth Platforms, RIAs, IFAs, MFD Networks, Brokerages, and Fintechs. Your role will involve driving partner engagement, training, and activation, co-owning revenue and adoption targets, and collaborating with Product & BD teams to shape GTM motions. You will play a key role in scaling Lark Finserv's operations across India and disrupting investment-backed credit in the country. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new partners in the WealthTech, Mutual Funds, Broking, and Fintech sectors - Drive partner engagement, training, and activation - Co-own revenue and adoption targets - Collaborate with Product & BD teams to shape GTM motions Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales - Preferably worked in WealthTech, Mutual Funds, Broking, or Fintech industries - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Hustler mindset with the ability to learn fast and an ownership-first attitude Location: Noida (Remote) Additional Details: Lark Finserv is building the digital backbone for Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) in India, working with various financial platforms to enable instant liquidity without redemption through their modular LAS infrastructure.
