As the Product leader of this space, you will be responsible for leading both product strategy and execution across both our existing suite of Wealth products (comprising Fixed Deposits, Xtra, Gold, Mutual Funds, Insurance etc.) as well as ideating and bringing new best in class products to life. You will operate as an entrepreneur, articulating compelling user stories, defining customer and product requirements, own the product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with design, engineering, marketing, finance, business and legal teams in an agile environment to launch products and scale them to tens of millions of customers. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent business acumen & vision, product & program management skills, and a highly effective people leader who can work in a highly ambiguous environment. Regulatory Compliance: You will work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Wealth Business regulations. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize product performance and enhance adoption. As a versatile Business Analyst at Kilde, you will play a crucial role in championing Quality Assurance and leading Scrum ceremonies. Your responsibilities will involve translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories, ensuring release quality, and fostering an agile culture that caters to both external customers (investors & partners) and internal customers (investment, compliance, and operations teams). Your key responsibilities will include engaging external investors, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to capture business needs effectively. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that maximize customer value. Additionally, you will produce functional specifications, data models, and collaborate with designers on UI/UX wireframes and reporting layouts. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance within an Agile/Scrum setting, with a preference for fintech or wealthtech background. Hands-on experience in eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and writing test cases is required. Strong Scrum Mastery (CSM/PSM) or a strong desire to enter the role with mentorship is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures are a must. Proficiency in SQL and RESTful API testing, along with familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and TestRail, is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is also necessary.
