Position:

Partner Support Executive

Location:

Hyderabad

Department:

IFA / Partner Channel

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers eligible)

Role Summary

Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in onboarding new IFAs & partners

✔ Coordinate documentation, KYC, empanelment

✔ Provide product support on Mutual Funds, SIF, NPS

✔ Handle partner queries via phone, email & WhatsApp

✔ Manage partner training sessions & webinars

✔ Maintain MIS reports & dashboards of partner performance

✔ Follow up on SIP, lumpsum, and client servicing tasks

✔ Support Regional/Cluster Heads with partner activation plans

Requirements

B.Com/BBA/BBM/MBA/B.Sc/B.Tech or equivalent
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MF/SIF/NPS (training will be given)
Excel, CRM & reporting exposure preferred
Freshers with interest in finance encouraged
Earlier Startup/Fintech experience will be an added advantage
