Job Description

As a Partner Communications Manager at Apple, your role will involve developing innovative partner-led marketing strategies and excellent communications that showcase Apple products or services within our partners" digital environments. Collaboration will be key as you work extensively with cross-functional teams both internally at Apple and externally with partners to drive world-class marketing and communications solutions for Apple's indirect routes to market. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with Partner Communications, Sales, Brand, Strategy, and Product Marketing teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities. You will translate marketing, business, and partner objectives into strategic comms plans and insightful briefs to inspire the best possible work. - Serving as the single point of contact responsible for projects, representing India's needs with Worldwide (WW) Marcom to articulate local insights, objectives, and solutions for geo-origination campaigns. - Overseeing the creation and production process, collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of assets that meet business needs. - Ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing throughout the campaign planning and production process by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Providing insights and learnings to local partners and Worldwide (WW) Channel Marcom to innovate and evolve the work and strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in marketing communications. - Experience in brand communications, from strategy to execution to analysis of results. - Experience in account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand targeting consumer and/or business audiences. Preferred qualifications include: - Knowledge of channel marketing disciplines such as visual merchandising, retail marketing/campaigns, Point of Sale (POS), and customer-engagement programs. - Extensive experience in brand communications (Above The Line & Below The Line) and a deep understanding of integrated campaigns across omni-channel touch points. - A deep understanding and curiosity in the consumer journey to drive connected creative ideas and route to market strategies. - Experience in partnering with and building relationships with Creatives. - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines. - Ability to operate effectively in uncertain conditions and think clearly and strategically. - Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.
