Diomandz.com, a fast-growing online diamond brokerage and marketplace with 30K+ Instagram followers, 1K+ daily website visitors, and is looking for a Co-Founder to join our core team in Mumbai.We are building the next-generation diamond trading and retail platform—integrating blockchain, AI, fintech, and a high-volume commission ecosystem.💼 Role: Co-Founder (Equity Only)Location: Mumbai (Preferred)Compensation: Equity only — No salaryCommitment: Full-time, startup-driven mindset✨ What We Are Looking ForA fearless entrepreneur who:Has the courage and confidence to present Diomandz to venture capital firms, angel networks, and accelerators.Can contribute in business development, operations, fundraising, marketing, or technology.Understands or is willing to learn about diamond markets, fintech, crypto payments, and B2C/B2B dynamics.Has strong leadership skills and the drive to scale a revenue-generating startup.Can take ownership and work without salary during the early phase.Is based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.🧩 ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the founder to scale Diomandz.com.Develop and execute growth strategies (online, offline, marketplace & B2B).Prepare pitch decks, investor documents, and lead VC/angel fundraising.Explore new revenue channels, partnerships, and expansions.Contribute to product improvements (UI/UX, automation, operations).Build and manage a small team as the company grows.🔍 Skills PreferredStartup experience (founder or early team member is a huge plus).Good communication & presentation skills (must for investor meetings).Understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, or SAAS/business ops.Business strategy, marketing, or technology background.Ability to work in high-pressure, high-growth startup environments.🎯 What You GetCo-Founder title + Equity stake in Diomandz.comOpportunity to “own” and build a growing brand Freedom to innovate, scale, and expand globallyA chance to create the next big diamond-tech + fintech companyDirect access to real buyers, vendors, and a proven business model
