Job Description

Channel Partner Development Executive

This is a mission-critical role in helping expand our channel ecosystem and increase market penetration of our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners in target regions.
  • Present the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions and partner program clearly and persuasively over the phone and via email.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential partners by researching and identifying key decision-makers within MSPs, Resellers, and IT solution providers.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, demos, or onboarding sessions between interested partners and the Partner Managers or Sales Engineers.
  • Track and report all outreach activity, engagement data, and pipeline progress in CRM
  • Help nurture leads through early-stage conversations and support the onboarding process.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity market trends and common partner business models.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation—preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success in cold calling and qualifying prospects over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity, IT, or software industry.
  • Understanding of the channel partner landscape (MSPs, MSSPs, resellers, system integrators).
  • Technical curiosity or a desire to learn about cybersecurity products such as endpoint protection, EDR,MDR.
