Part-Time Marketing Automation & Email Deliverability Expert

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced GHL (GoHighLevel) Automation & Email Marketing Specialist who can set up, manage, and optimize workflows, campaigns, and deliverability. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of automation strategy, email/SMS best practices, and maintaining strong email domain health. Responsibilities:Build and optimize GHL workflows, automations, and pipelines for marketing funnels.Plan, execute, and monitor email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.Ensure high email deliverability through proper list hygiene, warm-up strategies, and sender reputation management.Monitor and improve email domain health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, IP reputation, etc.).Develop segmented campaigns for customer lifecycle marketing (welcome sequences, cart abandonment, promotions, nurture series, etc.).Analyze campaign performance, deliverability metrics, and make data-driven improvements.Collaborate with our team to integrate marketing automation with sales processes and CRM. Requirements:Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and automations.Strong background in email marketing platforms & strategies.In-depth knowledge of email deliverability, DNS settings, and domain health management.Experience with SMS marketing best practices & compliance.Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a part-time role. Nice to Have:Experience with other CRMs, ESPs, or marketing tools.Knowledge of paid ads (Google, Meta) for funnel traffic growth.Creative skills for writing or designing high-converting campaigns.
