Part-time Learning Facilitator (Guided Enquiry Learning) – Hadapsar, Pune

At Figora, we are reimagining how children learn by bringing real-world thinking into classrooms. Our mission is to equip students in Grades 3–8 with essential 21st-century skills like critical thinking, design thinking, emotional intelligence, and ethical reasoning—through engaging case-based simulations and guided enquiry.

We are now launching an offline, after-school program in partnership with select schools in Hadapsar, Pune, as an extension of our existing online model. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced part-time Facilitator to lead these sessions.

Role Details

• Location (strict criteria): Hadapsar, Pune (school premises)

• Program Type: After-school (offline)
• Commitment: Part-time, Monday to Friday
• Timing: ~2 hours/day post school hours (~2pm) + travel time

• Start Date: Immediate / July 2025

• Compensation: Competitive

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with inquiry-based, student-led learning
• Prior experience working with students in Grades 3–8
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Background in education, psychology, or creative teaching methods preferred
• IB-trained or IB-experienced educators highly preferred

• Residing near Hadaspar, Pune as this requires being in the school physically
