Learning Facilitators/Teachers

At Figora, we help children thrive in a fast-changing world by building future-ready skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, design thinking, systems thinking, and emotional intelligence, through engaging, inquiry-based learning.

We’re seeking passionate Learning Facilitators (IB Facilitators/Teachers) to lead our weekend online sessions with students (Grades 3–8) across the globe. Our programs use mission-style cases and interactive challenges, designed to spark curiosity and critical thinking. 

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate case-based learning, debates, design challenges, and reflections

• Encourage students to think critically, explore perspectives, and collaborate

• Use Figora’s curriculum and tools to deliver impactful sessions

Training & Support:

Selected candidates complete our free “Train the Facilitator” program, which includes onboarding, shadow sessions, and practice facilitation. After certification, facilitators lead sessions on a flexible, pay-per-session basis with competitive compensation.

Role Details:

• Location: Remote / Online

• Program Type: Weekend sessions

• Commitment: 8–10 hours per weekend (flexible)

• Start Date: October 2025

• Compensation: Competitive

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with inquiry-based, student-led learning

• Prior work with students in Grades 3–8

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Background in education, psychology, or creative teaching methods (preferred)

• IB-trained/experienced educators (a plus)
