Job Description

You will be responsible for managing HR operations, accounting, and financial tasks as a Part-Time HR & Finance Executive. This is a remote position; however, you will be required to visit the office for conducting interviews when necessary. Your main responsibilities will include handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee records, as well as conducting interviews at the office as needed. You will also be in charge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and expense tracking. In addition, you will be expected to support HR policies, employee engagement, and various administrative tasks. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in HR and/or finance roles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You must be able to work remotely while also making yourself available for office interviews. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, based on your availability. Compensation will be determined based on your experience.
