As a Parent Relation Officer at a new CBSE school in Pune (Kiwale), your role is crucial in handling incoming enquiries from prospective families and ensuring their smooth transition into the student management system. Your key responsibilities include: - Fields incoming enquiries from prospective families, collects and captures their data into the student management system effectively and accurately. - Builds effective, supportive, and professional relationships with families to promote Schools Amazing Learning and support prospective families in identifying their school choice options. - Ensures all incoming enquiries from prospective families are attended promptly, effectively, and professionally according to protocols and best practices. - Engages positively with prospective families while providing accurate and relevant information and guidance that will convert to appointments and ultimately enrolment in their respective school of choice. - Effectively manages workloads in a fast-paced environment. - Works as a team to plan, coordinate, and execute effective inbound and outbound campaigns that promote a high conversion rate. - Proactively provides feedback to ensure effective communication strategies, positive customer experience, and higher conversion. In terms of abilities and skills, the following are required: - Knowledge and understanding of the primary and secondary school environment and admissions process is an added advantage. - Ability to understand, apply, and use a variety of software applications, including sound knowledge of standard computing tools like Microsoft Office applications, online databases, email, and web-based research tools. - Ability to manage social media is an added advantage. - Experience in an urban school with students of various racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds is preferred. - Effective analytical, critical thinking, writing, and verbal communication skills. The qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service environment. - Strong proficiency in English and Marathi (Written & Spoken). - Local candidates from Pune are preferred.
