Parent Relation Officer / PRO

As a Parent Relation Officer in a New CBSE school in Pune (Kiwale), your role will involve handling incoming enquiries from prospective families, collecting and capturing their data accurately in the student management system. You will be responsible for building professional relationships with families to promote the School's Amazing Learning and assist them in identifying their school choice options. Ensuring prompt, effective, and professional responses to all enquiries, engaging positively with families, and providing accurate information to convert enquiries into appointments and enrolments will be crucial. Additionally, managing workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with the team to plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns for high conversion rates will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Fields incoming enquiries from prospective families, collects and captures their data accurately - Builds effective and professional relationships with families to promote School's Amazing Learning - Ensures prompt and professional responses to all enquiries - Engages positively with families, providing accurate information to convert enquiries into appointments and enrolments - Manages workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Collaborates with the team to plan and execute effective inbound and outbound campaigns for high conversion rates - Provides proactive feedback for effective communication strategies and positive customer experience Abilities And Skills: - Knowledge and understanding of primary and secondary school environment and admissions process - Ability to use various software applications, including Microsoft Office tools and online databases - Proficiency in managing social media platforms - Experience in an urban school with diverse student backgrounds preferred - Strong analytical, critical thinking, writing, and verbal communication skills Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service - Strong proficiency in English and Marathi (Written & Spoken) - Local candidates from Pune preferred Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and background verification will be conducted for the selected candidate.,
