Paralegal Quality Analyst

As a Paralegal Quality Analyst, your role involves overseeing internal audits to ensure that teams adhere to the recommended processes by the client. You will be responsible for spotting errors, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, and optimize spending. Your duties will include conducting evaluations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify areas for enhancement. Your expertise will be crucial in providing coaching to identify improvement areas, liaising with managers to establish training requirements, scheduling training sessions, preparing, updating, and validating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as generating periodic reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Direct internal audits to ensure teams comply with client-recommended processes - Identify errors and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Conduct evaluations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to pinpoint areas for improvement - Provide coaching on identifying improvement areas - Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and organize training sessions - Develop, update, and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Generate periodic reports and dashboards Qualifications Required: - Master's in Law (LLM) - Minimum 6 months of experience in litigation in Court - Minimum 2 years of experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) for backend legal support in personal injury cases - Minimum 2 years of experience in reviewing and quality checking legal documents - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills for handling client calls and queries - Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities Please note that the job is located in Mohali.,
