Paper Innovation Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing the manufacturing processes in pulp and paper production. Your role will involve ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable operations while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with various departments to improve production methods, resolve technical issues, and implement innovative technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new products and improve existing ones through R&D. - Conduct experiments and tests to ensure that the product meets quality standards. - Create and maintain documentation of the product development process. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the product meets customer needs. - Provide technical support to the factory during scale-up and production. - Test and analyze properties of raw material as well as the final product. - Train manpower for using lab equipment and process machinery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new findings into product development strategies. - Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately. - Assist in the design and execution of prototype trials and pilot-scale production runs. - Conduct research for product development and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable materials and technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of pulp and paper manufacturing processes and equipment. - Experience with product development and scale-up. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.,
