About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to bring results in performance marketing across Meta (primarily), LinkedIn, and TikTok (Bonus). You’ll be the go-to expert for campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization especially on Meta. If you're confident running both prospecting and remarketing loops, creative testing, and scaling spend with a performance lens, we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta (core), LinkedIn, and TikTok from setup to reporting.

• Work closely with creative, analytics, and growth teams to plan and launch winning campaigns.

• Build and optimize full-funnel strategies, audience structures, and creative tests.

• Analyze performance, share insights proactively, and guide budget decisions across platforms.

• Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices to keep us ahead.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, with deep expertise on Meta Ads.

• Experience managing LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns with measurable success.

• A sharp eye for creative direction, messaging, and audience fit.

• Comfort working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.

• Analytical mindset—you know your way around reporting tools and dashboards.

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Meta Events Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
