About the Role:

Paid Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager
Focus on
lead generation
for healthcare services with high-quality targeting
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve
ROAS, CPL, and CTRs
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals
Manage large monthly budgets across multi-location campaigns
Analyze and present campaign data to internal stakeholders with actionable insights
Develop full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to healthcare lead generation

Must-Have Skills:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads (Lead Gen focused)
Strong understanding of
campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies
Experience with
healthcare, multi-location brands, or similar high-conversion industries
Strong analytical skills ability to work with GA4, CRM/Lead tracking systems
Experience with tools like
Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Zoho CRM
Excellent communication and reporting skills -

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred)
Experience working with agencies for
large-scale brands
Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with ad platforms
