Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage the organization’s presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts consistently.
• Engage with followers through timely responses and meaningful interactions.
• Create and maintain brand awareness to attract and retain audience attention.
• Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer and other team members for creative content development.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive reach and conversions.
• Monitor social media metrics, analytics, and ROI to measure performance.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on engagement, reach, and overall social media activities.
• Continuously optimize content and posting strategies for better performance.
• Assist in leading and coordinating the social media team’s workflow when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and trend awareness.
• Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
