Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics, scaling strategies, and lead-quality improvement—not just campaign setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize 

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

• Manage Google Ads

   (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Develop audience targeting strategies for lead generation & sales
• Write or guide high-converting ad copies and creative angles
• Monitor and improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Meta dashboards & GA4
• Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
• Prepare performance reports with clear insights and action points

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversions
• Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics
