Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will create, monitor, and analyze high-performing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and return on investment across various industries.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

● Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook (Meta Ads Manager) and Google

Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).

● Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor insights to build effective targeting strategies.

● Write engaging ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals.

● Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize results.

● Analyze data from Google Analytics and ad platforms to provide actionable insights and reporting.

● Manage multiple client or company accounts, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and budget goals.

● Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in paid media advertising.

Preferred Qualification & Technical Skills

● 3-5 years of proven experience managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns.

● Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, bidding strategies, and optimization

techniques.

● Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

● Ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.

● Excellent communication and project management skills.
