Packing Supervisor

As a Packing Supervisor, your role will involve supervising and coordinating daily packing activities and personnel. You will be responsible for ensuring proper handling, packing, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods. Monitoring productivity and quality of packing to meet production targets and minimize wastage will be essential. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to packing staff and ensuring timely completion will also be part of your duties. Training and guiding packing team members on SOPs, safety practices, and company policies while inspecting packaging materials and final products for quality assurance are key responsibilities.
