The Packing Supervisor will oversee all packing activities in the manufacturing unit to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient packing of finished goods. The role involves supervising the packing team, maintaining quality standards, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with production, quality, and dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Packing Operations

Supervise daily packing activities as per production plans.
Ensure all products are packed according to company standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Monitor packing line efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and sealing of all finished goods.

2. Team Management

Allocate work to packing staff based on workload.
Monitor performance and maintain discipline in the packing area.
Train new staff on packing procedures and safety guidelines.

3. Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections, approvals, and sample collections.
Identify and report any defects, damages, or deviations in packing.

4. Inventory & Documentation

Maintain stock of packing materials (cartons, tapes, labels, shrink wraps, etc.).
Update packing logs, material usage records, and daily production reports.
Ensure accurate documentation for dispatch and inventory tracking.

5. Safety & Housekeeping

Enforce safety rules and proper PPE usage in the packing area.
Ensure the packing section is clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
