Kamla Homes is looking for PACKING OFFICER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Packaging Inspection: Inspect products to be packaged, ensuring they meet quality standards and are free from defects or damage Materials Selection: Choose appropriate packaging materials, such as boxes, containers, cushioning, and labeling, based on the type and size of the product being packaged Packaging Methods: Use appropriate packaging methods, including wrapping, sealing, taping, or boxing, to secure products for safe transportation Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that the packaging meets company and industry standards Labeling: Affix labels, barcodes, or shipping documentation to packages for accurate identification and tracking Quantity Verification: Count and verify the quantity of products to be packaged, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace injuries and accidents during the packaging process Efficiency: Optimize the packaging process for efficiency and speed while maintaining product quality and accuracy Documentation: Maintain records of packaged products, including tracking information, quantities, and any discrepancies or issues
