Ensure all records kept properly for traceability requirements. Need to ensure that counter samples are sent from unit to nearest own unit for cross checking the analysis being done in sourcing units. Corrective action in case of any variation in results. Keep people management skills and ensure proper coordination between Bunge and units without any frictions affecting the production and dispatch Attend quality complaints and follow up units for action plans and necessary closure.
