Packaging Development Executive

Job Title: Packaging Development Executive – FMCG

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Packaging Development Executive to support the design, development, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions for FMCG products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring packaging quality, compliance, sustainability, and alignment with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing new packaging materials and formats for FMCG products.
• Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, procurement, production, and marketing) to identify packaging requirements.
• Conduct packaging trials, performance testing, and validation.
• Ensure packaging materials comply with food safety and regulatory standards (FSSAI, FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and evaluation.
• Support cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in packaging.
• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and records of packaging projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, innovative packaging solutions, and eco-friendly technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Packaging Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, laminates, paperboard, glass, etc.) and testing methods.
• Good understanding of regulatory and quality compliance in food packaging.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
