Job Description

P2P (Procure to Pay) Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices (PO / Non-PO) with accurate coding and approvals.
Perform
2-way / 3-way matching
of invoices, POs, and GRNs.
Create and update
Purchase Requisitions (PR)
and
Purchase Orders (PO)
.
Handle vendor queries via email/phone and resolve discrepancies.
Perform vendor account reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
Coordinate with procurement, business units, and finance teams.
Process employee expense claims (if applicable).
Maintain vendor master data and ensure policy compliance.
Assist in month-end closing and prepare AP reports.

Required Skills

3-8 years of experience in P2P / AP / Invoice Processing.
Hands-on experience with SAP / Oracle / Coupa / Ariba (any ERP).
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of the P2P cycle and accounting concepts.
Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.

Education

Bachelors degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
