Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Recruiter located in Pune. The Overseas Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for overseas positions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with international clients, managing recruitment databases, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role also involves developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates, and keeping up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Recruitment experience in the IT sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
