Client Acquisition and Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and sales calls. Present customized freight forwarding solutions, including air, sea, and land transportation options, to meet client requirements. Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new business while ensuring profitability. Manage existing client accounts, proactively address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Sales Pipeline Management: Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and industry events. Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, forecasting revenue, and prioritizing leads. Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams like operations, customer service, and pricing to ensure seamless execution of client shipments. Liaise with overseas agents and partners to facilitate smooth cargo movements and address any issues. Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients.
